Q: What is your return policy for online orders?
A: We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from SPIRIT Halloween. We will gladly accept returns that are unworn with the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of postdating on the package or receiving the package.
Please note: We cannot refund the original or return shipping charges.
*During the Halloween season, we accept online returns to our return center postmarked prior to October 21st, 2022.
Q: What is your in-store return policy?
A: Our SPIRIT Halloween stores are seasonal locations that are usually open from the end of August to the beginning of November. You have until October 21st, 2022 to make any returns and from October 21st - 27th, 2022 to make any exchanges as long as the items are unworn, have the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging. You will also need to have your receipt. After October 27th, 2022 all sales become final.
Q: When should I see my refund?
A: Refunds are usually applied within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse. During the Halloween season this process may take up to 4 weeks, please save your tracking information. If your return was made in store please allow 2-3 business days for it to post to your account

Q: How do I return my order?
A: Login to your account, review your recent order(s) and select the items you wish to return. If you do not have an account, you can search your order number here.
- Once you select the item(s) you wish to return, please follow the instructions on how to process the return and print your return slip. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to us via the live chat link at the top of the page, with your order #.
- Please include your item(s) along with your printed return slip in the package and ship them to the address provided via a convenient shipping carrier.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
- Please request a tracking number for your returned package from the carrier you choose.
- For your protection, when returning items to us, we recommend that you insure your return shipment and get tracking. SPIRIT Halloween is not responsible for lost and damaged packages.

Q: How do I exchange my order?
A: First, place a new order for the replacement item(s) you'd like. You need to place a new order so that we can be sure to have inventory what you want and so we can send the items right away.
Once your new order is placed, you can return the original order to our warehouse for a refund. Please refer to the 'How do I return my order?' question in the Online Returns Section for instructions on how to return your order.
Q: Can I exchange my online order in store?
A:YES! If it is easier to exchange your order at a SPIRIT Halloween near you, we're totally cool with that! The store will accept exchanges up to October 27th, 2022. After that date, online orders will need to be exchanged online. Just follow these super simple steps below:
- Take the product you want to exchange and your invoice to the SPIRIT Halloween nearest you.
- To locate the nearest SPIRIT store, please click here.
- Exchanges without the original invoice will be exchanged for something of equal value at the current selling cost of the item.
- Remember, we cannot refund the shipping charges.
