Q. Do you give discounts on bulk orders?

A: Since SpiritHalloween is a privately owned retail company we do not offer wholesale pricing at this time. If you are interested in purchasing a product in bulk (and if the quantity is available), we would be happy to offer a bulk discount on the purchase. Bulk discounts are offered on orders of 20 units or more of the same product. The bulk discount cannot be combined with any other coupon codes or promotions being offered by our company.

  • How many pieces needed
  • Where the order is being shipped to
  • When you need to receive order
  • Contact number you can be reached with

Once we receive this information we will determine if we have the quantity needed in stock and then let you know what we can do to assist with the purchase.

A: You can register your email under our 'Email Sign Up' at the bottom of the site to receive updates on our current promotions and discounts. You can also provide your email address during checkout at your local Spirit Halloween store.

Coupons and promotions can also be found in the promotions banner on our site.

A: When using a coupon or promotion code only one can be applied to your order at a time.

A: Our valid discount codes are usually found in our promotional emails (sign-up form is at the bottom of our webpage), the promotional banner of our website, and on our Facebook fan page. Please make sure that you read the promotional details to confirm your order qualifies for the promotion. Any discount codes found on third party coupon sites are most likely invalid.

A: You will apply your coupon code to your order during the 'Payment Information' section of Checkout. The promotion code will need to be entered in the box under 'Promo/Coupon Code' and then you will hit the 'Apply' button.

Q. How do I know my coupon code was applied?

A: Once the discount code is applied the subtotal of your order will adjusted. If it is a shipping promotion, as long as the correct shipping method is selected the cost of shipping will adjust. Please keep in mind that any oversized shipping fees are not included in our shipping promotions.

Q. My shipping discount does not work.

A: Our shipping discounts are usually for a specific shipping method. If the correct shipping method is not selected than the promotion will not apply to the order. Our shipping promotions exclude shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. Should the promotion be for Standard, Second Day, or Overnight; shipments to PO Boxes would be excluded as well. Any oversized shipping fees that may apply to an order are not included in the shipping discount. Shipping promotions cannot be stacked with any other coupons or discounts.
